Returns/exchanges are only accepted if there's a problem with the order that I caused (ex: wrong item or item doesn't work - and usually, in this case, I will just send you a replacement with no need to return). I don't accept returns/exchanges if the problem was caused by a failure to understand sizes.

Tip: look for an item at home that matches the mL/oz of the item you're thinking of purchasing (ex:: 5mL is about 1tsp, or 1/3 the volume of a bottle of nail polish). If you have an issue, please message me first! I can’t assist you, if the first report of the problem is in a review.
